Rome Day Two: TOURING THE VATICAN MUSEUM, THE SISTINE CHAPEL, AND ST. PETER’S BASILICA

Today we met tour guide Antonella Capocelli (antonella.capocelli@gmail.com) for a private tour. Her knowledge of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica brought these buildings to life for us. She was familiar with literally every nook and cranny, and gave us detailed accounts about antiquities, paintings, artifacts and Popes. The tour would have been overwhelming if she was not so patient and did not have such an easy-going style.
