Rome Day Three: EXPLORING THE COLOSSEUM

We used the second day of our On and Off Bus ticket to get to the Colosseum. It was a beautiful sunny day that got hot by mid-afternoon so we decided not to walk to the adjacent Roman Forum. We always joke about leaving something undone so that we will have to come back to a place—seems like the Roman Forum is that something for this visit to Rome.
